Terms of Service

These Terms set out the rules for using Multi-Faucet. We’ve kept the language as plain as we could without losing the meaning.

§ 01

Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Multi-Faucet (“we”, “us”, or “the Service”). By accessing or using multi-faucet.com, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, please stop using the Service.

§ 02

Who can use the Service

To register an account or submit user content (reviews, faucet submissions, scam reports), you must:

  • be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live;
  • have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement;
  • provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date;
  • not be barred from using the Service under applicable law.

Browsing the public directory does not require an account, but the rules below still apply.

§ 03

What Multi-Faucet is — and isn’t

Multi-Faucet is a directory and review platform for third-party crypto faucet websites. We list faucets, publish user reviews, summarise reported issues and provide a trust indicator on each listing.

Multi-Faucet is not a faucet itself, a wallet, an exchange, a custodian, a payment processor or a financial institution. We do not hold balances, process claims or pay rewards.

§ 04

Your account

When you create an account, you are responsible for the activity that happens through it. Keep your credentials private and choose a strong password.

  • one person, one account — duplicate or shared accounts may be suspended;
  • notify us as soon as you suspect your account has been compromised;
  • you may close your account at any time from your dashboard.
§ 05

User content

Reviews, ratings, scam reports, faucet submissions, profile information and any other material you post (collectively, “user content”) remain yours. By posting it, you grant Multi-Faucet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store and distribute that content on the Service.

You confirm that your user content:

  • is your own original contribution or that you have the right to share it;
  • does not infringe anyone else’s rights;
  • is honest and based on your real experience.

You can edit or delete most of your user content at any time. Some material — for example, scam reports linked to a verified incident — may be retained for the public record even after account deletion.

§ 06

Acceptable use

The following is not allowed on the Service:

  • spam, mass-posting, automated submissions or scraping;
  • impersonating someone else, including faucet owners or moderators;
  • posting malware, phishing or other harmful links;
  • posting fake payout proofs, fabricated scam claims or false reviews;
  • harassment, hate speech, threats or sharing personal information of others;
  • adult content, gambling promotion spam or “guaranteed income” schemes;
  • attempting to bypass, probe or interfere with the Service’s security.

We may remove content, suspend accounts or restrict access when these rules are broken.

§ 07

Third-party faucets and links

Listings on Multi-Faucet point to websites operated by other people. We do our best to keep information accurate, but we do not control what happens on those third-party sites — their terms, privacy practices, payout decisions or content can change at any time.

Visiting a third-party faucet, creating an account there or trying to withdraw from it is entirely your decision and at your own risk. Always read the faucet’s own terms before signing up.

Some outbound links may be referral links. Where they are, this is clearly disclosed near the link.

§ 08

Our intellectual property

The Multi-Faucet name, logo, design, copy and software are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for user content described above, all rights remain with us or our licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute or build a competing directory using significant portions of the Service without our written permission.

§ 09

No financial advice · no warranties

Information on Multi-Faucet — including trust scores, reviews, rankings and category pages — is provided for general information only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Crypto faucet earnings are typically very small and can involve risks. Do your own research and never rely on a single source of information.

§ 10

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Multi-Faucet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, savings or goodwill — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from your use of third-party faucets, wallets or related services. Our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last twelve months, which for most users is zero.

§ 11

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account, remove your content or restrict your access if you break these Terms or applicable law, or if your behaviour creates risk for the Service or other users.

You may close your account at any time. Some obligations in these Terms — for example, regarding intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability — survive termination.

§ 12

Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page is refreshed, and we may notify registered users by email or in-app notice.

Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

§ 13

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Multi-Faucet is operated. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless a different forum is required by mandatory law.
